Refund Policy
Refund Policy – Aishafin Travel
At Aishafin Travel, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund practices in accordance with industry standards and the policies of our service providers. This policy applies to all bookings made through Aishafin Travel and Aishafin Migration.
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, or other service provider.
Aishafin Travel does not guarantee refunds for cancelled bookings unless explicitly permitted by the service provider.
Refunds may take up to 12 weeks to process, depending on the provider’s policies and banking response times.
2. Cancellation & Administration Fees
Cancelled bookings may incur fees of up to 100% of the total booking cost, as determined by the supplier.
Agency Fee: To cover the cost of our consulting and administrative services, Aishafin Travel charges a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking value (capped at a maximum of AUD $750.00 per person), as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
This fee is deducted from any refund amount before it is returned to you.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. However, the initial AUD $50.00 deposit may be credited toward future bookings within six months from the deposit date, unless otherwise advised.
Service Fees: Professional service fees (e.g., visa processing, booking fees) and credit card surcharges are non-refundable.
Special Fares: Promotional fares, low-cost carrier tickets, and certain “instant purchase” deals are often entirely non-refundable.
4. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to your assigned consultant or via email to accounts@aishafin.com.au.
Supporting documentation (e.g., cancellation confirmation, medical certificates, or travel insurance claims) may be required by the airline or supplier.
5. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be issued strictly to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.
If the original card has expired or cancelled, you must provide a bank statement as proof before funds can be transferred to a nominated bank account.
6. Chargebacks
By making a payment to Aishafin Travel via Credit or Debit card, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for valid services rendered or for non-refundable supplier cancellations. Any disputes must be attempted to be resolved directly with Aishafin Travel first.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. In many cases (such as medical emergencies or delays), your refund claim should be directed to your insurer rather than the airline or agent.

Aishafin Travel acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we walk, work, and live. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples — past, present, and emerging.
